No Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the nature of our work, including time, strategy, implementation, and resource allocation, no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

5. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Inity Axis reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time, at our sole discretion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

Respond to requests, approvals, and deliverables in a timely manner

Participate as required for project completion

Use the Services only for lawful business purposes

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact timelines, deliverables, or results, and does not constitute grounds for refund.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes

Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the integrity or functionality of our Services

Copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any proprietary systems, frameworks, or methodologies

Misrepresent your identity or business in connection with the Services

8. Intellectual Property

All systems, frameworks, processes, materials, content, and deliverables created by or provided through Inity Axis remain the intellectual property of Inity Axis unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inity Axis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inity Axis, its affiliates, team members, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of this Agreement

Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services at any time for violation of these Terms or at our discretion.

All obligations, including payment obligations, remain in effect through the termination date.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, where applicable, South Africa.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction as determined by Inity Axis.
